Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: The referral program is open to all GOLFTEC Hong Kong students.
A successful referral will be counted when the person referred to GOLFTEC completes an introductory Swing Evaluation or Club Fitting and purchases a lesson pack or Game Plan with the coaches at GOLFTEC Hong Kong within the Program Period. The referrer may not refer a friend to GOLFTEC more than one time. Likewise, a referee (the person referred to GOLFTEC) cannot be referred by 2 or more GOLFTEC Hong Kong students.
Claiming Rewards: Referrers must provide the name and contact information of the referred student during the referral period. The referred student must purchase a lesson package and mention the referrer's name for the referral to be considered successful prior to the completion of the swing evaluation. Referral rewards will be provided within 30 days of a successful referral, subject to verification.
Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. Redemption of rewards is subject to availability and may involve the Referred Person to provide evidence of referral.
Modification and Termination: GOLFTEC Hong Kong reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. GOLFTEC may cancel or revoke any reward issued if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, or any other aspect of the Program rules.
Disputes: In the event of any disputes, the decision of GOLFTEC Hong Kong will be final and binding.
Liability: By participating in the referral program, participants agree to release and hold harmless GOLFTEC Hong Kong, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability arising from their participation in the program or the acceptance, possession, or use of any rewards.
